Led product strategy and platform services across DTCC's Institutional Trade Processing ecosystem, rising to Executive Director overseeing shared enterprise services for connectivity, onboarding, and operational workflows used by global financial institutions. Established the ITP UI organization and drove adoption of enterprise shared services across core infrastructure including DTC. Earlier, contributed to the design and implementation of the Global Trade Repository (GTR) under Dodd-Frank, working directly with CFTC regulatory guidance and facilitating industry working groups with market participants.

Built and scaled the firm's product and delivery organizations from early-stage startup through growth.
